If you are at all unhappy with your order, or wish to return it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the order to us for a refund or exchange. The cost of return postage will not be covered for change of mind returns or items purchased in error so please check fitting before ordering if you are in any doubt.
A refund will be issued upon safe receipt of the item in its original condition or when proof of postage is received (in the event of a lost return). The refund issued will include the cost of the original order along with the outgoing postage charged at the basic rate. If you have specially requested any Enhanced Insurance or Express Delivery for the item, this will not be refunded. If there is any damage to the returned item, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the devaluation of the item from your refund.
If an item has arrived damaged or has been misdescribed, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt (for items damaged by a carrier, please notify us within 7 days of receipt). We will cover the cost of the return postage and/or issue a replacement as appropriate. The cost will need to be agreed with us BEFORE the item is returned.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned order.
Returns on some sealed electrical components cannot be accepted in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
